Cover and uncover your load from the ground with the Shur-Co 4500 Series HD electric tarp system. It features a powerful American-made motor with an all-metal gearbox and a magnetic brake, plus heavy-duty extruded aluminum torsion arms with flexible elbows that move smoothly over your load. Every kit ships with the ShurLink EZR™ wireless remote.

The motor produces optimal torque rather than extra torque, which can harm your tarp system. No electrical energy is used to actuate the brake, so there are no electrical connections to misfire. A patented pivoting motor mount allows for any misalignment of the roll tube without stress to the system.

Complete double arm kit for hopper trailers

These kits are double arm systems (front and rear arms) for hopper trailers only. We keep it simple: the only thing you need to tell us is the shape of your trailer front.

Which option do I choose?

Look at the front and rear of your trailer, where the arm mounting brackets attach:

• Vertical Front & Rear: choose this if the front and rear of your trailer are vertical (straight up and down). Includes a 10.25" pivot mount bracket.
• Sloped Front & Rear: choose this if the front and rear of your trailer slope. Includes a two-piece adjustable pivot mount bracket.

What's not included

The tarp itself, the roll pipe and the anchor pipe are NOT included with these kits. Crank retainers, U-clamps and screws are also not included.

Before you order: make sure it fits

These are universal kits designed to fit the majority of trailers on the market. Check that your trailer meets these requirements:

• Catwalk or ladder depth is 10" or less
• The ladder is not positioned in the center of the back of the trailer
• Standard roll only (will not work as a reverse roll kit)
• The trailer does not have a rear door
• Rib or rivet spacing is between 12" and 15"
