We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The Shur-Co Shur-Lok E-Series electric tarp system is the budget-friendly way to cover and uncover your grain trailer from the ground. It pairs a direct drive motor with an all-metal 90° gearbox in a compact, low-profile design, and uses corrosion-resistant coated steel torsion arms with heavy-duty elbows instead of aluminum arms to keep the price down compared to the Shur-Co 4500 Series HD electric tarp system. Every kit ships with the ShurLink EZR™ wireless remote.
The motor delivers maximum torque for demanding grain trailer tarp applications. No electrical energy is used to actuate the brake, so there is no risk of brake failure from faulty wiring. A patented pivoting motor mount automatically aligns with the roll tube, reducing stress on the system.
E-Series vs. 4500 Series: which one do I need?
- E-Series (this kit): direct drive motor with all-metal 90° gearbox, galvanized-style coated steel torsion arms, lower price. Built for grain trailers of all makes and models.
