The Hendrickson S-24705 pivot bolt service kit replaces the pivot bolt hardware on Hendrickson Quik-Align® trailer suspensions. The pivot bolt clamps the beam and bushing into the hanger, and it's the fastener that holds your alignment setting under load — so it gets replaced, not reused, whenever the pivot is opened up. This kit covers one pivot connection — one side of the suspension.
What's Included
- 1 × 7" shear-head pivot bolt
- 1 × Grade C lock nut
- 2 × hardened flat washers
The two washers in this kit are flat hardened washers for the bolt. They are not the eccentric and concentric Quik-Align alignment collars — those are separate parts, listed below.

The bolt uses an E20 female Torx socket and is torqued until the head shears at Hendrickson's specification. Pivot bolt lengths vary by beam, so check your suspension before ordering — give us a call if you'd like a hand confirming the right pivot bolt for your beam.
