We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nick@rodoc.com.

Starting online returns is easy

• Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange, and follow the instructions, only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 

• Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)

•  In the original packaging with all the tags intact. 

• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  

• Certain types of items cannot be returned such as gift cards, sale items or custom ordered products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

• If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. 

• If the purchased product is lost or theft, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.  

Exchanges 

If you wish to make an exchange for a different item, please contact us directly. Do not use the return page. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

International Orders – Mexico

Orders shipped to Mexico are subject to the following return policy:

• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all returned items.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Returns that do not meet this requirement may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
