Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nick@rodoc.com.

When will I get my refund?

  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us, and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.

Return Policy

Starting online returns is easy  

  • Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. 

  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange, and follow the instructions, only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 

  • Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns) 

  • 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  •  In the original packaging with all the tags intact. 

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned such as gift cards, sale items or custom ordered products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. 

  • If the purchased product is lost or theft, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.  

Exchanges 

If you wish to make an exchange for a different item, please contact us directly. Do not use the return page. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Our premium-grade 5, 8.5 lb. and 13lb metal boat anchor kit provides reliable anchoring for boats 15' to 30' feet and includes all you'll need to anchor your boat: a fluke anchor, the lead chain with shackles, and a nylon anchor rope. This fluke-style anchor is heavy duty and will dig into the seabed and hold tightly even in high tide or harsh wind conditions. Our boat anchors will work on 15' 18' and 21', 25', 30' and more. Check the different size recommendations for varying lengths. The anchor chain and anchor are hot-dipped galvanized steel to ensure durability and corrosion. This set performs extremely well in sand or mud bottoms. Our galvanized steel anchor with rope and chain can also be used in freshwater or saltwater.
