We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. With a powerful 6HP motor, IP68 waterproof rating, and a durable triple planetary gearbox, it’s built for consistent pulling power through mud, sand, and steep terrain.
The control box offers flexible mounting options, and the winch is compatible with multi-fit fairleads suited to most bars. Backed by a lifetime mechanical warranty and 5-year electrical and water ingress cover, the Carbon 12K Winch delivers long-term value with no compromises.
River crossings and mud runs are stress free, this winch features a breathable membrane style motor breather for heat expansion and contraction. The Carbon Winch supports operation via wired or wireless remote control (sold separately), allowing recovery to be carried out from a safe position.

If you're capable with a few basic tools, installing a Carbon Winch is straightforward with standard winch mounting procedures. An isolator switch, cabling, fairlead, hook, and control accessories are not included and must be sourced separately if required.
Mounting the control box is flexible with a multi-fit system that allows installation on the winch, above the winch drum or motor, or remotely on the vehicle using an appropriate bracket. Weight is a serious consideration with all 4WD accessories, and the Carbon Winch is designed to minimise front-end load, weighing only 45.63lb.
